Leadership Marion County class to graduate
Eight members of Leadership Marion County will graduate at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Peabody Elementary School.
The eight-member class began its training in leadership development in January and have had several class sessions and tours highlighting areas of the county.
Graduates include Chris Bielefeld and Ken Parry, Peabody; Elise Brunhoeber, Burns; Matt Dalke, Hillsboro; Tina Groening and Jo Ottensmeier, Marion; Mark Moore, Florence; and Darryl Thiesen, Goessel.
The meal Monday evening will be prepared and served by Peabody Historical Society. The Rev. Mark Moore, a member of the class, will be the speaker. Cost to attend the dinner is $12 and reservations are available by calling 620-947-3162 by Thursday.
Leadership Marion County board of trustees selects class participants and develops class curriculum and agendas.
