Leroy Hoffman, 81, died April 27, 2003, at St. Luke Living Center.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Marion Christian Church.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Zeiner Funeral Home.
Memorial funds have been established with Marion Christian Church and the American Cancer Society.
