Letter to Editor
To the Editor:
Some customers do not deserve the name "customers." Our business is designed to take care of their problems, be understanding, listen to their personal problems of everyday life.
When they don't believe you can have an employee, who is friend, experience two deaths in two days and understand what we go through to be understanding and helpful to them, or to think we are lying or making excuses, it makes me sick to my stomach and hard to be understanding to others' needs.
