Lions Club car show is May 1
The 10th annual Marion Lions Club car show will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 1 in Central Park.
Registration fee to enter a vehicle is $10. The fee to participate in the swap meet is $10.
First, second, and third-place trophies will be presented for each class.
Class 1 is 1945 and older, Class 2 1946 to 1953, Class 3 1954 to 1963, Class 4 1964 and newer, Class 5 pickups, best of paint, and best of show.
Dash plaques will be given to participants. Various activities and drawings are available throughout the day, including T-shirt sales, prizes, raffle, and food booth.
Kansas Lions Mobile Health Screening Unit will be available free to the public. Screenings for sight, hearing, blood pressure, and diabetes will be provided.
