Lost Springs: Pancake feed is Sunday evening

A pancake and sausage feed will be held Sunday at Trinity parish hall in Ramona beginning at 5 p.m. Sponsored by the Trinity Fellowship Club, they will accept a free will offering.
John and Helen Reznicek of Marion, Charles and Mary Loewen of Hillsboro, Carol Makovec, and Bob Reznicek gathered at the home of Irma Reznicek Saturday night to celebrate Mary's birthday.
Don and Mary Zinn of Emporia visited his mother, Patricia Zinn, on Sunday.
I was so sorry to hear of the death of David Brunner. His funeral was Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church.
Kenneth and Debbie Reznicek, Nathan and Nicholas of Burlington brought dinner to the home of Irma Reznicek at noon Sunday. Carol Makovec and Bob Reznicek joined them in the afternoon to celebrate the 10th birthday of the twins, Nathan and Nicholas.
Leona Deines attended the funeral of David Brunner on Monday. Lunch was served at the parish hall after the interment.
Frances Stuchlik has been home from work at the Lutheran Nursing Home in Herington all week because of the flu. Stan and Ruby Sharping of Wichita came Friday and brought their mother some groceries.
I saw Don Bird the other day while shopping for groceries and asked him how he felt after being hospitalized in Wichita. He said, "Good." I asked where Norma was. He said she had things to do at her antique store and that he bought her some bananas. I bought some, too. Bananas furnish potassium for your body.
Don and Ramona Beisel of Tampa visited their mother, Frances Stuchlik, on Saturday. Monty and Sarah Stuchlik checked on Frances all week while she was ill.
Becky Lehnerr and Jarod of Plymouth visited Patricia Zinn on Monday.
I visited Hank and Gertie Schubert in Herington last week.
My son Clark called me Sunday and told me they were building a 54-unit assisted living center at Elkhorn, Neb. Son Douglas of Hesston called Sunday evening and told me his children were going to take him out for dinner on Monday. It was his 53rd birthday.
Larry Rudolph, after feeding my cattle Saturday afternoon, went to Herington to visit his sister, Mary Black, Micky and Lance.
