Louis Hiebert
Louis R. Hiebert, 82, died Sept. 3, 2005, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born Feb. 9, 1923, at Hillsboro, he was the son of Peter and Margaret (Claassen) Hiebert.
A farmer and carpenter, he was a member of Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church.
On April 12, 1953, he married Berniece Buller at Fairview, Okla.
Survivors include his wife, Berniece of Hillsboro; a son, Lyn Hiebert of Augusta; two daughters, Nancy Mansour of Edmond, Okla., and Anita Luke of Wichita; and nine grandchildren.
Family will receive guests from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Gaylord Goertzen officiating.
Burial will precede the services at 1:30 p.m. at Ebenfeld Cemetery.
Memorial funds have been established with Parkside Homes, Samaritan's Purse, or World Challenge.
