Lucille Stump
Lucille A. Stump, 85, died May 4, 2004, at Memorial Hospital, McPherson.
Born Oct. 18, 1918, at Tampa, she was the daughter of Fred and Elizabeth (Vogel) Kerbs.
On Oct. 18, 1958, she married Dayna Stump at McPherson. He died in 1984.
She was a waitress and member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Stump; a daughter, Dixie Anthem; three brothers, Allen, Roland, and LaVern; and a sister, Violet Truax.
Survivors include three sons, Dale Huber of Roseburg, Ore., Delmar Huber of McPherson, and LaVern Huber of Galva; a brother, Jack Kerbs of Marion; two sisters, Yvonne Edwards of Aurora, Colo., and Frances Decker of Loveland, Colo.; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Stockham Family Funeral Home, McPherson, with the Rev. Michael Fibranz officiating.
Burial was in McPherson Cemetery.
Memorial funds have been established with Trinity Lutheran Church or The Cedars Healthcare Center.
