Marie Jost
Marie E. Jost, 89, died June 10, 2004, at Bethesda Home, Goessel.
Born April 26, 1915, at Buhler, he was the son of David and Tina (Reimer) Franz.
On April 25, 1943, she married Harold Jost at Buhler. She was a homemaker and member of Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Elbert Franz, John Franz, Bill Flaming, and Art Flaming.
Survivors include her husband, Harold of Hillsboro; two sons and daughters-in-law, Howard and Shanti Jost of Calcutta, India, and Loren and Katy Jost of Riverton, Wyo.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Annette and Wayne Albrecht of Richardson, Texas, and Christine and Sid Harms of San Mateo, Calif.; a brother, Robert Franz; two sisters, Margaret Ratzlaff and Rubena Suderman; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor Tim Sullivan officiating.
Burial preceded funeral services at Gnadenau Cemetery, rural Hillsboro.
A memorial fund has been established with the Women's Missionary Society of Parkview MB Church.
