Marion complex site of CVL tournament
The Marion baseball/softball complex is the site of this year's 10-and-under and 12-and-under Cottonwood Valley League fastpitch softball tournament.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday through the Thursday.
According to a tournament official, the first game kicked off Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with a couple of games following, later in the evening. Games for Wednesday and Thursday will begin at 6:30.
Teams represented in the 10-and-under division include, Carlsons' IGA, Webster Auto, Peabody, and Hillsboro.
Teams represented in the 12-and-under division include, Central National Bank, Centre, Peabody, and Hillsboro.
