Marion High School names November students of the month

Marion High School seniors Adrienne Chamberland and Braden Suffield were named November students of the month by the MHS faculty and staff.

Adrienne has been involved in numerous sports as well as other school activities during her four years at MHS.

She has been a member of the Warrior volleyball, basketball, and track teams, as well as manager of the cross country and softball teams.

School activities and clubs Adrienne has been involved in include Key Club, yearbook, National Honor Society, stage manager for musicals and plays, Scholars' Bowl, band, choir, youth court, and MHS Bible study.

Outside of school Adrienne is employed at Gambino's and is active in both church and community service projects.

Along with attending Marion Christian Church and its youth group and choir, Adrienne has attended mission trips to Juarez, Mexico, and New Orleans.

Adrienne's parents are Jim and Pat Chamberland of Marion and her siblings include Clayton, 20, and Madison, 13.

Braden has been busy this year with FFA at school and running a business after school called Zepher Printing. He sells promotional products, prints T-shirts, and builds web sites among other things to keep his business going.

Braden also has volunteered his time in the community during his four years at MHS.

He has volunteered to help with traffic control at Art in the Park, and one year at Chingawassa Days. He says he likes to help the community as much as he can.

Braden has a younger brother Bryce and is the son of DuWayne and Jodi Suffield of Marion.
