Marion Senior Center notes

Thank goodness for candy bars and those who bring them! We were suffering from extreme chocolate deprivation until Doris Ewert and Marvin and Mary Hett Treated us this past week. Doris was celebrating her late husband Harold's birthday and remembering their anniversary. The Hetts were celebrating their 27th wedding anniversary.
Ivanlee Timm has on display a jigsaw puzzle he completed and framed. It depicts American flags and their historical background.
Are your hands idle? Do you embroider? We have tea towels stamped and ready to work on.
Someone here complained that my last write-up wasn't funny. I can only report what happens — so I guess no one was funny that week!
