Max Begnoche

Max Leroy Begnoche, 80, of Miltonvale, died Dec. 12, 2005, at Salina Regional Health Center.

Born July 21, 1925, at Riley, he was the son of Albert and Velma (Bulleigh) Begnoche.

He operated Begnoche Oil Company at Miltonvale for 50 years. He was a member of the Presbyterian church.

On May 19, 1946, he married Nelda Anderson at Clay Center. She died in 2002.

Survivors include a son, Bran and Denise Begnoche of Wichita; three daughters, RaeLene and Paul Hajek of Lost Springs, Pam and Melvin Buxman of Newton, and Kim Nicholson of Glen Elder; and a brother, Bob Begnoche of Salina.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning at F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church, Miltonvale.

Burial was in Miltonvale Cemetery.

Memorial funds have been established with the Presbyterian church or Miltonvale Golf Course.
