McKellips, Clements to marry
Larry and Brenda McKellips announce the engagement of their daughter, Miranda Dawn, to R. Joseph "Joe" Clements, son of Randy and Katherine Clements, all of Wichita.
Miranda is the granddaughter of Homer and Jean McKellips of Marion. She is employed with Johnson, Kennedy, Dahl & Willis and is the lead singer with the band, Synergy, out of Wichita. She plans to attend Wichita State University this fall.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Wichita State University. He is a trombone player with the band, Lotus, at Margarita's Cantina in Wichita. He is director of bands for USD 357 Belle Plaine.
The couple is planning a November wedding.
