Melvin Love
Melvin M. Love, 72, Tonkawa, Okla., died Oct. 30, 2006, at Dallas, Texas.
Born Dec. 28, 1933, at Billings, Okla., he was the son of Orville and Mary (Penny) Love.
He graduated from high school in 1952 and joined the Army in 1956, serving in Washington, D.C.
In 1959, he married Linda Lentz at Marland, Okla.
Survivors include three sons, Ron, Steve, and Scott; brother, Robert Love; four sisters, Twilla Jones, Charlene Robinson, Nadine Evans, and Vickie Case; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at Tonkawa, Okla. Burial was in IOOF Cemetery, Tonkawa.
