MHS grapplers win Hillsboro dual
Marion Warriors wrestlers pulled off wins against Haven and Hillsboro during a dual Dec. 12 at Hillsboro.
Marion defeated Haven 42-33, and Hillsboro 45-24.
"We started off a little slow against Haven, but picked up the pace and picked up a win," said Marion head coach Chad Adkins. "I was really proud of the kids and the way they rallied back. This was a big win for us."
Adkins said the team wrestled well and was getting to the point where more weight classes were filled.
