Overland Park church is setting for Goodin-Elliott wedding
Renee Dawn Goodin and David Paul Elliott were married Sept. 2, 2005, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Overland Park. The Rev. Edward Trost officiated.
Parents of the bride are Dr. Kathy Bosch of Mitchell, Neb., and Bob and Debbie Goodin of Overland Park. Parents of the groom are Janet Elliott of Champaign, Ill., and Dennis and Melody Elliott of Pace, Fla.
Sarah Goodin served as her sister's maid of honor. Julie Honig was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Danielle Bartelli, Terese Donaho, and Lane Goodin.
The groom's father, Dennis Elliott, served as best man. Groomsmen were Jason Elliott, Jim Dayton, Chris Alden, and Jason Goodin.
A reception dinner and dance was held following the ceremony at the Lodge at Iron Woods, Leawood.
The bride is a graduate of Marion High School and Kansas State University. She currently is working on a master's degree in business administration at the University of Kansas. She currently is employed in human resources as the employment and training manager for Kansas City Life Insurance Co.
Her husband is a graduate of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force and currently attends Mid-America Nazarene University, pursuing a degree in management and human resources. He is employed by Acosta Sales & Marketing as a category analyst. The couple lives in Lenexa.
