Jane Makovec and Patsy Waner accompanied Lorraine Havlik to Durham Friday afternoon where they visited Jason Wiebe's cheese factory.
George Waner attended "Doughnuts for Grandpa" at Claire Buckendahl's kindergarten class Thursday morning at St. Thomas Aquinas School in Wichita.
George and Patsy Waner visited with Steve, Ann, and Claire Buckendahl Sunday afternoon in Benton. They were helping Claire celebrate her sixth birthday.
Jerry, J.P., and Jerryn Nowak of Potwin were Friday evening visitors of Joe and Jo Ann Nowak.
Judy, Kevin, and Kristen Steinborn visited Joe and JoAnn Nowak Saturday afternoon.
Joe and JoAnn Nowak were Sunday dinner guests of John and Judy Nowak and family of Inman. They went especially to help Jayne celebrate her seventh birthday. Birthday cake and ice cream were served after dinner.

I drove to Lawrence Friday morning and spent until Sunday evening with Dr. Paul, Catrina, Elise, Adelle, Olivia, and Eli Loney. I attended a school musical Saturday morning in which Elise participated. While I was in Lawrence, I was able to visit with Trevor Loney and Rachel Cooper.
Ruby Vinduska and JoAnn Nowak attended the American Legion Auxiliary meeting Monday night in Tampa.
Pat and Dean Bina attended the Marion High School musical, "Annie, Get Your Gun" Friday evening in the Marion City Auditorium. Pat and Dean attended the flea market Sunday at the Coliseum in Wichita. They enjoyed supper out before returning home.
Magdalen Dvorak attended the Sunflower Senior Citizen meeting and luncheon Tuesday in Tampa.
Magdalen Dvorak and Margaret Jirak attended the Marion County Senior Citizens board meeting and luncheon Friday in Peabody.
Maggie Vinduska and Kara Druse accompanied Magdalen Dvorak to Ellinwood Friday afternoon and spent the weekend. They went especially to attend a musical "Lil' Abner" at Ellinwood High School. Michael Vinduska was one of the participants.
Melissa Stuchlik of Wichita accompanied Terry and Cindy Vinduska to Manhattan Saturday where they visited with Jill.
Terry Vinduska attended a corn commission meeting Tuesday and Wednesday at the Holiday Inn Express in Wichita.
Cindy Vinduska drove to Wichita Sunday and spent the day visiting with Melissa Stuchlik.
Paul and Alice Meysing attended Saturday evening Mass at Marion and then enjoyed the lunch and card playing. The Harvest House sponsored the event.

Mary Steiner attended the Kansas Hospital Association convention and trade show Tuesday through Thursday of last week held at the Topeka Expo Center and the Capitol Plaza Hotel. There were more than 160 display booths of extreme interest. The title of the convention and show was "Celebrating the Care in Health Care."
