Ross, Hodson engaged
Dr. David and Rhonda Ross of Topeka, formerly of Arkansas City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Leigh, to Kadon Kyle Hodson. He is the son of Dr. Don Hodson of Marion and Terry and Kay McCormick of Topeka.
She is the granddaughter of Wallace and Winona Darling of Fort Scott and Gail Ross of Arkansas City and the late Kenneth Ross. He is the grandson of Grace Wulf of Argonia and the late Erwin Wulf and the late Orville and Martha Hudson.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Arkansas City High School. She will graduate in May from Kansas State University with a degree in secondary education.
Her fiancé is graduate of Marion High School and Kansas State University with degrees in computer engineering and secondary education. He is a high school math teacher and assistant football and track coach in Osage City.
The couple is planning a Nov. 27 wedding at the First Presbyterian Church in Arkansas City.
