Soup supper is Saturday at Burdick Legion hall

Burdick American Legion and Auxiliary will serve chili, sandwiches, and pie at the Legion hall on Saturday starting at 5:30 p.m. Bingo and cards will start about 7 p.m. There also will be door prizes.
Pastor Marilyn Cox visited with Arlene Carlson Wednesday afternoon.
Candice Deneault of Salina spent Saturday afternoon with Neva Peterson. They were among many others from Burdick and other places in the state and other states attending the 60th wedding anniversary celebration of Ken and Alice Peterson Saturday afternoon at the Hilltop Community Center in Herington.
Steven Hageberg spent Wednesday evening with Charles and Arlene Carlson.
Steve and Donna Hanneman of Peabody were Saturday evening supper guests of Eldon and Isla Rose Nelson.
Charles and Arlene Carlson were Sunday dinner guests of Kent and Jean Brunner. They went to Manhattan in the afternoon to see Jill McGrath's school.
Earl and Lois Peterson and Ivan and Margaret Morgan visited Walt and Kathryn Otte Sunday afternoon.
Dick and Margaret Peterson spent several days with Oliver Peterson before leaving for Springfield, Mo., after the Peterson reunion on Sunday.
