Svitak, Hanschu engaged
Doug and Tammie Svitak of Lincolnville announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Svitak, to Brandon Hanschu, son of Rick and Barbara Hanschu of Ramona.
Grandparents of the bride are George and Charlene Svitak of Pilsen and Terry and Vesta Duntz of Topeka. Bob and Oma Lou Mushrush of Elmdale and Burma Hanschu of Herington are the groom's grandparents.
The bride-elect graduated from Herington High School in 2000 and will graduate in December with a degree in biology from Kansas State University.
The groom-to-be graduated from Centre High School in 1999 and will graduate in December with a degree in industrial engineering from KSU.
The couple plans to be married Jan. 10 at First United Methodist Church in Manhattan.
