Trailer for sale
To the Editor:
I would like to respond to the cowardly person who wrote the letter in last week's paper about my motorcycle trailer that I have for sale.
You know who you are. You are one of the many people in Marion who are always trying to find something wrong with what is going on or the one who is always trying to stir up something.
If all of you would get together and put as much effort in making Marion a better place to live and making positive comments, it would be a better place to live.
I guess the reason I had this setting in front of my business is no different than any other business that might have something to sell. I don't think I was breaking any laws that I know of and if the 15-foot sidewalk with my four-foot trailer did not give you enough room to walk by then I am sorry.
What I would really like to say to this person is thank you. I was going to buy an ad in the paper advertising my trailer for sale and now that you made mention of this for me, even though you did it not as a good thing, I won't have to do it now. Everyone knows that people can't wait to get their paper to see what someone has to say negative about someone, city, or the county. Now everyone knows I have a trailer for sale.
If this person would stop by my business I would like to shake their hand for doing this for me, like they would take the time to make themselves known. Anyway, have a good day and get a life. Also, I will sign my name.

P.S. A green building with 12 business is much better than a brown building setting empty.
