Vinduska, Stuchlik exchange wedding vows

Melissa Vinduska of Wichita, daughter of Terry and Cindy Vinduska of Marion, and Daniel Stuchlik of Wichita, son of Monty and Sarah Stuchlik of Lost Springs, were married at 2 p.m. Sept. 1, 2001, in Holy Family Catholic Church, Pilsen.

The groom's uncle, Father Richard Stuchlik, pastor of Saint Theresa Catholic Church, Hutchinson, and Father Stephen Gronert of Holy Family Catholic Church, Pilsen, officiated at the double ring ceremony.

Musical selections were presented by Margaret Vinduska, organist, and vocalists Becky Routh of Augusta, aunt of the bride, and Jeff Bina, friend of the couple.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a white French satin gown. The bodice featured a scoop neckline and was accented with seed pearls and bugle beading which flowed onto the designer-style straps. The slim A-line skirt was highlighted with a sweeping semi-cathedral train and adorned with seed pearls, bugle beading, and sequins. She carried a cascading bouquet of Star Gazer lilies and cream roses with accenting greenery.

Kristen Rosser of Overland Park attended the bride as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sara Hanson of Fayetteville, N.C., and Jill Vinduska of Manhattan, sisters of the bride. Each wore a floor-length gown in hunter green and carried a bouquet of Star Gazer lilies and cream roses.

The bride's cousin, Danielle Routh of Augusta, was flower girl. Andrew Scharping of Wichita, cousin of the groom, was ring bearer.

Ross Stuchlik of Lost Springs served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Stuchlik of Emporia, cousin of the groom, and Joe Robben of Mount Hope.

Ushers were the groom's cousins, Chad Stuchlik of Newton and Jason Stuchlik of Towanda.

Gwen Monk of Wichita was the guest book attendant. Gifts were received by Jason and Katherin Rutka and Andrea Miller.

Ron and Tammy Vinduska of Topeka, aunt and uncle of the bride were hosts at the reception in the church basement following the ceremony. Reception attendants were the groom's aunts, Ramona Beisel of Tampa, Ruby Scharping of Wichita, and Grace Stuchlik of Emporia.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Centre High School and a 2000 graduate of Wichita State University. She is office manager for AmeriPride Services in Wichita. The groom is a 1996 graduate of Centre and a 2001 graduate of WSU. He is a structural design engineer at Boeing, Wichita.

The couple honeymooned in Branson, Mo. They currently reside at 2262 Manhattan, Wichita.
