White, Henderson engaged
Barbra Henderson of Lincoln, Neb., and Adam G. White of Winfield announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Barbra is the daughter of Gerald and Cathy Henderson of Marion. Adam is the son of LeeAnne Jordan of Lenexa and Mike and Robin White of Independence.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Topeka High School and Kansas State University where she received her bachelor's degree and a master's degree in speech pathology. She is employed as a speech-language pathologist at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, Neb.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Shawnee Mission North High School. He received a bachelor's degree in music education from Kansas State University. He currently is employed as the vocal music director at Winfield High School in Winfield.
The couple plans to marry July 3, 2004, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Topeka.
