The county zoning administrator is a stickler for following the rules. There is no ordinance against an electric fence in town. When asked, she said she checked with the city before she put it up. Maybe next time you should check before you spout off. Quite frankly, I am pleased that someone is doing whatever it takes to keep their dogs from running at-large. Maybe others should follow her lead.
