Obama does not salute the American flag. Watch him when he is at places where he should salute the flag. He usually turns away. He will not repeat the "Pledge of Allegiance." He demanded he be sworn into the governor's position with his hand on the Koran.
Unfortunately one does not have to swear into any government office with a hand on any book, the Bible included. Look up "U.S. Constitution, Bible" on your computer. I was led to believe it was necessary to place your hand on the Christian Bible but such is not the case.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay more than $1,000 per year on property taxes for my house that is appraised at $50,000. I really resent people — who probably would have built new houses anyway — who don't have to pay any taxes for 10 years when I have to pay all my taxes.
