Jim Herzet is right. The commissioners don't value their employees. They can't even give them a cost of living raise, yet they vote themselves a raise and are the highest paid commissioners in the surrounding counties.

It's one thing to steal from the living but to go to a cemetery and steal is horrible! Sometime this weekend some lowlife went to Hillcrest Cemetery at Florence and took two live plants off a grave. The person who did this was nice enough to leave a totally empty pot — they must have needed the dirt too. Hope you enjoy the plants.
