County commissioners say they don't think Sunflower Road is smooth enough. Imagine that. What is needed for the "perfect road" is a "base." Right now, it could be a NASCAR straight track. Before, it wasn't slowing traffic down — you just drove in the middle. It's nice now, but it could be the "perfect road" with a base. No perfect road without a perfect base. Band-Aids don't work.
