A young bullfrog hides Saturday along the bank of a stream on 210th Rd. a half-mile east of Marion Reservoir. Bullfrog season opened July 1, and a lucky licensed hunter would have found a daily limit of eight frogs sunning within about 30 yards of this one. Bullfrogs may be taken by dip net, gig, hook and line, hand, bow and arrow, or crossbow through Oct. 31.
