County attorney Susan Robson presented county commissioners a contract proposal that would allow TransCanada’s Keystone pipeline to pass through the county. Robson said she felt rushed by TransCanada representatives and did not like it. The county needs to be careful about the contract because of what is at stake, commissioner Bob Hein said.
