LETTERS

A fiery reaction
To the editor:
Today, Friday, I get in my mail a newspaper printed from Wednesday! Old news !
There is a picture of the blaze from my shop burning to the ground.
No one came with garden hoses trying to help me. No wonderful neighbors, except those of the fire crews, came to try to help. I was the only one with a garden hose trying to put any water on the fire.
One neighbor took a pic from two doors down and got her name in the paper. I don’t know if she gave you the pic or maybe gave it to one of the local women who totally enjoy spreading whatever they can get.
I told the paper through another source that I didn’t want any of this, but you printed some crap anyway. The only truth in your story is my name and the fact that there was a fire.
After all that happened to the paper last year, I would think you could understand that no means no.
I didn’t want to be any part of a story in your paper.
Wonderful freedom for your damn press! To hell with my privacy.
