These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

90th Rd. east of Kanza Rd.

A 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Christian W. Moore, 20, Moundridge, rear-ended a county road and bridges tractor driven by Larry G. Kukuk, 68, Marion, at 10:45 a.m. July 25.

The accident report, the only one released Friday by the sheriff’s department, listed the accident date as April 25. The correct date was determined by reviewing newspaper recordings of sheriff’s department radio transmissions.

The pickup, owned by Janelle R. Stockman of the same Moundridge address, remained drivable with damage to its right front and undercarriage. The tractor also remained drivable with damage to its left rear.

Deputy Bruce Burke’s report said both were westbound and that the pickup went off the road to the left and the tractor went off the road to the right before colliding.

The report blamed the accident on inattentive driving and driving too fast for conditions by the pickup driver. No tickets were listed as being issued.

HILLSBORO

200 block of S. Birch St.

A lifting arm on a city trash truck driven by Christopher W. Cordell, 45, Herington, hit a BrightSpeed telecommunications line at 9:20 a.m. July 31 and broke a utility pole supporting it.
