These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
120th Rd. west of Goldenrod Rd.
Suzanne D. Byers, 48, whose residence is listed on deputy Austin Spencer’s accident report as a nonexistent Marion address, hit a deer at 5:49 p.m. Nov. 8 with her 2015 Ford Explorer.
The Explorer sustained disabling damage to its right front, hood, and undercarriage and was towed, according Spencer’s report, released Nov. 12.
Shelly D. Ray, 57, of a different Marion address was a passenger.
190th Rd. west of Kanza Rd.
Carson D. Krause, whose age was redacted by the sheriff’s department, hit a deer at 6:28 p.m. Nov. 9 with a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox owned by Benjamin K. Krause of the same Marion address.
Damage to the right front of the car was characterized as minor.
US-56 east of K-15/Holly Rd.
Dante M. Adams, 22, Sterling, hit a deer at 11:19 p.m. Nov. 9 with his 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, which was characterized in Spencer’s report as destroyed by damage to its front third and undercarriage.
K-15 south of 150th Rd.
Roberto Rodriquez-Carrasco, 47, Wichita, hit a deer at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 10 with his 2020 Chevrolet Silverado, which sustained disabling damage to its right front and hood and was towed.
Deputy Clayton Philpott’s accident report indicated Rodriquez-Carrasco’s driver’s license was suspended but did not indicate that any tickets were issued.
Indigo Rd. north of 70th Rd.
Lucretia A. Vance, 64, Hillsboro, hit a deer at 6:07 p.m. Nov. 10 with a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse owned by her passenger, Robert W. Vance III, 63, of the same address.
Damage to the Chevy’s right side and mirror was characterized as minor.
Sunflower Rd. north of 160th Rd.
Christopher W. Hunter, 37, Park City, hit a deer at 6:54 a.m. Nov. 11 with his 2018 Ford Fusion, which sustained damage characterized as minor to its front third, hood, and undercarriage.
Colin A. Hunter of the same address was a passenger. His age was redacted by the sheriff’s department from the public record of the accident.
120th Rd. east of Eagle Rd.
Erminio M. Guerrero Jr., 48, Goessel, hit a deer at 5:38 p.m. Nov. 11 with his 2006 GMC Sierra, which remained drivable with damage to its entire left side.
Sam C. Griffin, 49, of a different Goessel address, was a passenger.
