Bichet, Internal Revenue Service, and Kansas Department of Revenue seeking foreclosure of a $67,500 mortgage on property at 114 S. Date St., Hillsboro. The petition states the Bichets also are subject to a $44,831.88 IRS tax lien and a $27,213.80 state sales tax warrant and a state withholding tax warrant in the amount of $1,301.66 filed against ASAP Autoglass.

Bank of the West filed a petition May 9 against the heirs of Verdin A. Harms seeking foreclosure of a $51,000 mortgage.
