Getaneh Alem Damtew was found Aug. 25 not to be covered by an insurance policy issued by Great American Assurance Co. in regard to a wreck Nov. 6, 2023, involving two semis, including one he was driving, at the US-56/77/K-150 roundabout.

Buyer James R. O’Neal and seller Countryside Feed were ordered Aug. 24 to take a 2017 Ford F-150 that was never retitled for VIN inspection. Upon successful completion, title will be transferred to lender Great Plains Federal Credit Union, which has repossessed the truck.

Hannah Redger was granted a certificate of title Aug. 25 for a food truck she had purchased but Kansas Department of Revenue had declined to title because its previous owners had not registered the truck.
