NEW JAILINGS

Tara B. Carlton, 28, Wichita, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police and held for five hours for Allen County.

Javell Q. Evans, 21, Wichita, jailed March 12 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed July 25 to Aug. 19 on suspicion of vehicle burglary, vehicle burglary with intent to steal a firearm, and two counts of theft.

Marcia A. Grayson, 20, Wichita, jailed Friday for four days on court orders. Previously jailed March 14, 2023, on suspicion of distributing stimulants and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Holly R. Hamm, 41, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders and, in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond, on suspicion of possessing stolen property. Previously jailed Nov. 15 to Dec. 13, 2023, for contempt of court and Oct. 16 to Nov. 3, 2023, on suspicion of vehicle burglary and criminal trespassing.

Michael W. Sigel, 53, Marion, jailed Sunday for 48 hours on court orders. Jail records list Sigel as being jailed without interruption from Feb. 10. However, court records indicate 10 separate 48-hour jailings starting that date and scheduled to continue through April 5.
