NEW JAILINGS
Richard A. Ferran Jr., 44, Peabody, jailed Thursday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of 13 days between Dec. 7, 2022, and Aug. 27, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders twice and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, failing to have a tax stamp for marijuana, making an improper stop or turn signal, transporting an open container of alcohol, violating driver’s license restrictions, failing to display vehicle license plates, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
April N. Fore, 36, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Held without bond. Previously jailed 16 times for a total of 96 days between April 25, 2018, and April 4, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, on holds for the Department of Corrections twice, on an unspecified warrant once, for failing to appear in court 19 times, for allegedly violating her probation three times, and on suspicion of battery, driving without a valid license twice and giving a worthless check.
Cruz Lopez, 45, Ramona, arrested May 29 on suspicion of aggravated incest by lewd fondling of a relative age 16 or older. Held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
William R. Shearer, 42, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of 18 days between Dec. 22, 2021, and May 26, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of violating his probation, twice violating an order of protection, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, endangering a child, and twice driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
Jacob R. Stucky, 19, Halstead, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 30 to May 7 on court orders, Feb. 1 and 2 for failing to appear in court, and Aug. 21 and 22, 2022, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and another controlled substance.
Ian A. Weisbeck, 47, Hillsboro, jailed Monday for five days on court orders. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 230 days between Nov. 26, 2018, and March 6, 2024. Previously jailings were on two unspecified warrants and for failing to appear in court six times, for allegedly violating his probation seven times, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times and criminal damage to property once.
