NEW ARRESTS

Tredessa J. Donnell, 43, Columbia, Missouri, jailed Friday for transfer to Kansas Department of Corrections. Previously jailed May 20 to 22, 2023, on suspicion of driving without a license, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and being a felon in possession of a weapon.

Nancy D. Garcia, 49, Florence, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of 232 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and Oct. 8, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court, on court orders (twice), and on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, interfering with law enforcement, aggravated burglary, criminal restraint, failure to pay child support, violating her probation (seven times), assault, burglary, violation of an order of protection from abuse, domestic battery (three times), and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked (twice).

Wade A. Wendt, 32, Augusta, jailed June 11 for allegedly violating his probation. Released 30 hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 225 days between July 27, 2019, and June 15, 2023. Previous jailings were for contempt of court, for allegedly violating his probation, on court orders, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants, a controlled substance, drug manufacturing paraphernalia, and (twice) other drug paraphernalia.
