NEW JAILINGS

Jouanna S. Cain, 33, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for a total of all or part of 25 days between April 28, 2023, and Nov. 14, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders, for allegedly violating her probation, for failing to appear in court three times, and on suspicion of theft by deception and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Eddy M. Coe-Herrera, 37, no hometown listed, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving without a license, failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance, and operating an unregistered vehicle. Bond not set.

Kelley J. Mickey, 65, Kalamazoo, Michigan, arrested Dec. 17 by a state trooper on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without headlights when needed, and unsafe turning or stopping. Released 6½ hours later without bond.

Jeffery V. Prafke, 43, Wichita, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Held without bond. Previously jailed Feb. 8 to 16, 2023, for failing to appear in court and Sept. 25 and 26, 2022, on suspicion of distributing stimulants; possessing stimulants, drug paraphernalia, and paraphernalia to manufacture drugs; driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; and failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance.

Amanda M. Radke, 43, Ramona, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 6 to 8 on court orders; March 1 and 2, 2023, for allegedly violating her probation; and Jan. 13 to 17, 2023, on suspicion of distributing stimulants, criminal use of a weapon by an addicted person, and having no marijuana tax stamp.
