NEW jailings

April N. Fore, 33, Peabody, arrested Saturday by Marion police on a warrant alleging two counts of failure to appear in court and probation violation. Released Tuesday. Previously jailed March 13 to 16, 2020, Jan. 13 to 14, 2020, Sept. 23 to 24, 2019, Jan. 22 to 28, 2019, and April 25 to 29, 2018, mostly on warrants alleging failure to appear in court, but also driving without a valid license, and giving a worthless check.

Natalie R. Geren, 39, Marion, arrested Monday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer, and battery of a law enforcement officer. Released 15 hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Sept. 15 to Oct. 14, Sept. 26 to 27, 2019, Sept. 8, 2019, Aug. 2, 2019, May 20, 2019, March 15, 2019, and Dec. 12, 2018, mostly on warrants alleging failure to appear in court, but also on suspicion of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and domestic battery.

Ashley B. Loomis, 32, Marion, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released an hour later on $150 surety bond. Previously jailed March 27, Feb. 13, Dec. 13 to 14, Oct. 30 to 31, Sept. 10, Aug. 23 to 25, July 23 to 25, Feb. 16, 2020, Nov. 27, 2019, Oct. 18, 2019, July 10, 2019, Dec. 11, 2018, and Oct. 17, 2018 for various charges including burglary, obstruction of law enforcement, theft, and failure to appear in court.

Patricia L. Miller, 40, Topeka, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released Friday on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed March 10 to April 21 on an unspecified warrant, and Dec. 8 to 9 on a warrant alleging probation violation.

Jasper L. Tanner, 21, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on a warrant alleging indirect contempt of court. Released Tuesday. Previously jailed March 26 to April 5, Feb. 25 to 26, 2020, Oct. 3 to Nov. 20, 2019, Sept. 1 to 3, 2019, March 15 to April 24, 2019, Feb. 12 to 20, 2019, Jan. 11 to 14, 2019, Aug. 19, 2018, and Aug. 12, 2018, most on suspicion of possession of drugs, failure to appear in court, probation violation, and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Eric J. Williams, 33, Marion, jailed Saturday to serve a 30-day sentence. Previously jailed May 18 to 19, 2020, May 1 to 18, 2020, Jan. 23 to 27, 2020, May 28 to 31, 2019, March 17 to 18, 2019, Dec. 31, 2018 to Jan. 29, 2020, Nov. 5 to 9, 2018, Sept. 1, 2018, July 27 to Aug. 2, 2018, June 29, 2018, April 27 to May 2, 2018, April 16 to 17, 2018, March 22 to 26, 2018, March 10, 2019, and Dec. 21, 2017, mostly on warrants alleging failure to appear in court but also suspicion of burglary, criminal damage to property, and driving without a valid license.
