Brian Witteibert was formally charged Sept. 10 with contributing to the misconduct of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Dylan L. Horton, 18, Hillsboro, was formally charged Sept. 10 with possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Mark F. Coitrone, 27, Marion, was formally charged Sept. 10 with interference with law enforcement, domestic battery, and battery.

Chad Allen Griese, 34, Herington, was formally charged Sept. 11 with battery.

Rexana J. Siebert, 41, Marion, was formally charged Sept. 11 with battery.

Tim Alan Ballew was formally charged Sept. 14 with cultivation of marijuana.

Eddie Jo Farner was sentenced Sept. 4 to 12 months’ probation for theft.

Douglas Bryant Eden was sentenced July 13 to 9 months in jail for domestic battery, a year’s probation granted after nine months served, and ordered to pay $158 court costs, $60 probation fee, $300 attorney fee, and $45 processing fee.

Joseph Liandre Donnell was sentenced July 17 to a year’s probation for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and ordered to pay $1,058 costs and fees.
