Kirk W. Seals was formally charged Feb. 8 with disorderly conduct.

Nancy D. Garcia was formally charged Feb. 11 with domestic battery.

Ryan A. Hardey was formally charged Feb. 11 with distribution of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sharee Nasha Bradley was formally charged Feb. 11 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. In a separate case, she was formally charged with battery of a law enforcement officer.

Alec John Smith entered a diversion agreement Dec. 19 on charges of driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, and driving left of center.

David Lee Bullock was sentenced Jan. 3 to 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation for driving under the influence.

Kenneth Paul Lemon was found not guilty Jan. 3 of interference with law enforcement.

Timothy Atwell was sentenced Dec. 11 to two years’ probation for residential burglary and theft and ordered to pay $818 in fees, court costs, and restitution.
