Zachary G. Anderson was sentenced Oct. 20 to 48 hours in jail plus a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $855 for driving under the influence.

Daniel L. Bowes’s bondsman was contacted Oct. 21 about bond forfeiture after Bowes failed to appear in court for arraignment in two cases.

Dax D. Kannady entered a diversion agreement Oct. 22 on a charge of battery. He agreed to pay $428, take an anger-management course, get a drug and alcohol evaluation, and do 30 hours of community service. His agreement will last 12 months.

Jason M. Plett pleaded no contest Oct. 25 to reckless driving and was sentenced to serve five days in jail and a year’s probation and pay $218.

Matthew H. Sellhorn formally was charged Thursday with stalking.
