Sabastian J. L. Carranza pleaded not guilty Nov. 1 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

Bryan T. Grosse was sentenced Nov. 1 to 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $1,158. The sentence is to run consecutive to community corrections in four other drug cases. The other sentences do not yet appear on court records.

Bobby L. Patterson was sentenced Sept. 20 to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $263 for battery and disorderly conduct.

A bench warrant was issued Nov. 3 for Sherri L. Porterfield after she failed to appear in court for arraignment.

Carl A. Scates pleaded no contest Oct. 12 to battery and was sentenced to six months’ probation with a Butler County probation officer and ordered to pay $263.

A bench warrant was issued Nov. 1 for Matthew H. Sellhorn after he failed to appear in court for a bond appearance.
