Fernando J. Figueroa-Rosello, 48, Wichita, was sentenced Feb. 3 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $14,715.66 for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and burglary of a motor vehicle.
Cruz Lopez, 46, Ramona, was sentenced Feb. 3 to a year’s probation with all fees waived for attempted aggravated incest. Lopez’s plea agreement with former county attorney Joel Ensey reduced his charge from aggravated incest.
Johnathan C. Prebble, 22, Lincolnville, formally was charged Feb. 14 with aggravated assault, aggravated endangering a child, driving without proof of insurance, and disorderly conduct. According to a complaint, issued in the case, the charges stem from events Feb. 7 in which Prebble placed Paul Huddleston in reasonable apprehension of body harm with a deadly weapon, a Dodge Ram truck; placed a child in a situation in which the child was endangered; drove without proof of insurance; and alarmed, angered, or disturbed others.
