Holiday feast

To the editor:

Let me express my heartfelt gratitude for acknowledging the Thanksgiving dinner at Hillsboro Ampride in the Marion County Record.

A few things that were not mentioned really should have been.

We are deeply passionate about cooking for and serving our community, which is the drive force for my letter.

Our Thanksgiving dinner is a testament to the power of collaboration and generosity.

The generosity comes from the amazing donations we receive. The collaboration is a group effort from all our staff, and wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of us working together toward a common goal.

Tina Novak, manager, makes this place possible.

Becky Serviss selflessly ties up loose ends and ensures the store looks its best and lends a hand whenever needed.

Then there’s Ashley Davis and Krystal Sherrill, who dedicate their time to cooking and serving.

None of this would be possible without the collective efforts of all Ampride employees.
