Wrong charges

A story in some editions last week incorrectly stated one of the charges filed against Kaleb M. Blank, 20, Herington, after an accident April 5 involving intentional fishtailing on 240th Rd.

In addition to reckless driving, he was cited for speeding, not for driving under the influence. A reporter misread a code number and a somewhat confusing checkbox on an accident report.

The Record apologizes for the error.
